Upon arrival in the Windmark community, you'll step back into simpler times. Enjoy bike rides or golf cart rides to the beach, pool, local cafes, and eateries, or take in some outdoor live music. This free class is open to all residents and renters, and it’s perfect for all fitness levels - no experience or equipment needed. Bring water, wear your swimsuit or water gear, and water shoes are highly recommended for traction and muscle support.
Each session lasts about 45 minutes (1 hour including sign-in and announcements). Hydrate before class and get ready for a great low-impact workout in a friendly, social environment!
