Upon entering the front door you will feel ensconced in the lovely and professionally decorated coastal style living room with dramatically high vaulted ceiling and views of your private pool. Pull up to the breakfast bar with granite countertops and stain steel appliances for breakfast or lunch using this fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher and 2 coffee makers (of course one is a Keurig).
Have dinner in the dining room off the kitchen overlooking the pool or grill dinner on the lanai poolside using the barbeque. Enjoy the heated pool and then relax reading a book on the comfy lounge chairs. The pool and dining area are 100 percent screened in.
Retire in the evening to one of 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, smart tv, pool view, slider doors to provide private access onto the pool deck. Your en suite bathroom has double sinks, shower, private toilet and large walk in closet with in built-in drawers.
