This home has plenty of comfort in the screened in lanai area with a heated pool. Floating devices/toys provided and are stored in the Lanai. There is also a baby/pet barrier to go around the pool for safety and worry free enjoyment. Outside the caged pool area is an extended Lanai for ample BBQing and/or sunbathing.
This home features the split bedroom concept with a large main bedroom and bathroom suite on one side and the 2 other bedrooms on the other side of home. You can access the pool area through the main bedroom, family area and kitchen. There is a separate laundry room with washer/dryer and sink.
