IMPORTANT GUEST INFORMATION:

Check-In & Resort Policies:
- Age Limit for Check-In: Minimum age requirement is 18+ years old.

Beach Access:
- The resort fee includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella.
- Beach chairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved. To ensure availability, please consider arriving early, especially during peak season.

Valet Parking Fee:
- $35 + tax per night.

Extended Stays (30+ days):
- For stays longer than 30 days, please contact the resort directly for up-to-date rates, fees, and amenities.

Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib:
- A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.

Housekeeping (Optional):
- $130 per cleaning.

Provided by a third-party cleaning company. Please coordinate with an associate to schedule a cleaning at a time that works best for you.

Package Fee:
Need to receive a package during your stay? No problem! Our Package Service makes it easy and convenient - just bring a valid ID to claim your delivery.

Package Pickup Hours & Fees:
* 8 AM – 4 PM (Mon–Sun): $5.50 (includes 7% tax & 3% service fee)
* After Hours: $27.50 (includes 7% tax & 3% service fee)

Please note: Owners do not pay unless the package is under someone else’s name.

Late Check-Out Fee:
- $120 for an additional 2 hours (based on availability).

Must be confirmed with a STAY TODAY representative at least 1 day before check-out.

Beach Towels:
- Provided by the resort beach service, only to be used on the beach.

Wrist Bands:
- All guests must wear wrist bands provided by the resort to access amenities.

Additional Amenities:
- The unit provides sufficient amenities for short-term stays. We recommend exploring nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas for any additional items you may need.

Bugs & Critters:
- While we routinely spray for bugs and insects, Florida's sub-tropical climate may still attract occasional critters. Please keep doors closed to help prevent this.

No Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on balconies, or in front/back yards (if applicable).
- Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 penalty.
