Summary: Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The room felt neglected — the carpet was very dirty, the freezer was unclean, and we even found toenails on the carpet and dining chair, which was very concerning. Housekeeping did not provide fresh towels during our stay, and there was no room service available. Valet service was also extremely slow, and we had to wait a long time each time we needed our car. The hotel staff we interacted with were polite and friendly; however, overall we were very disappointed with the cleanliness and level of service.
