Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Daria the host was fantastic to work with! Very friendly and generally very responsive. She helped save us money on parking fees and did her best to allow early check-in. Her condo is right on the ocean beach, spotlessly clean, with comforts of home including suntan lotion, beach chairs, beach towels, extra blankets and pillows, kitchen supplies, etc. The outdoor pool is a good size, with plenty of lounge chairs, tables and open space.

Negative: The filtered water on the fridge did not work (nothing came out), and the kitchen sink handle seemed wonky (we could only get hot water from it, got cold tap water from bathroom sink). Not a big deal but the bathroom could use a vent for shower steam, and although there were two bars of soap provided, they were the small, thin bars, not a bar for the bathroom sink and a separate larger bath bar. No outdoor / pool area bar or food service.

Summary: Great, spacious 1 BR w/ balcony, great location (if you want beach location), clean, fantastic host
