Cable TV, internet, & washer/dryer included. Blackout blinds in all bedrooms, outdoor gas grill, and the pool is heated. Fishing is permitted - live bait, frozen shrimp & squid work best!
Gated community with prime location near the Aventura mall. Super tranquil location but convenience at your fingertips. Super close to I95 and Florida Turnpike.

We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
